For you have created an environment that anywhere else I would normally find clinical, into an experience that is more like entering a friendly hotel than a dentists practice.
Upon arrival your reception staff are forever smiling, your waiting room is a comfortable place and the coffee machine and water cooler a welcome sight. Your rest rooms are full of goodies from soap to hand creams and even colognw, soft towels are stacked everywhere and no one would ever believe that you were in a Dental practice.
Your rooms are equipped with all the latest technology, even your couches are ergonomic works of art in their own right. The photography that you use to show the clients what is wrong is amazing.
From my first visit, when I have to say as always I felt nervous you put me at ease very quickly by spending time talking to me about my dental health and what I wanted to achieve with you. This approach of yours was totally new for me and I felt that I would be working with you in the best possible way to look after my smile and general dental hygiene.
