Having lived in the area for over a decade, my only regret in using Staplehurst Dental Practice (SDP) is I didn't find them sooner!In urgent need of a tooth replacement, and with sub par service from my prev dentist, I called SDP and they seemed exactly what I needed. After a thorough examination I was advised of ALL possible choices and the pros & cons for each, to make an informed decision, instead of just the 1 option offered by my previous dentist.I actually opted for a different procedure and am so glad I did. The end result is perfect, and the choice was 100% more suitable than what I was originally offered.If I had to name their best point I can't.Dentists that are market leading, keeping up with all the new science to offer the best advise to patients.High tech mouth scanning equipment to ensuring pin point accuracy and 100% fit.Focus on patient care and preference first, then tailoring treatment to fit those needs.Fantastic, friendly staff who put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door.A waiting room with comfy seats and complimentary water.They even have tv's up in the dentist room so you can watch your fav show while being treated!Now my emergency treatment has ended, its obvious ive found my ideal dentist so I am now in the process of onboarding my family also.Fantastic service, thank you SDP.

Jan and the team are great at what they do! Myself and multiple other family members have all had general dental work, as well as Invisalign straightening carried out by the team, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Great attention to detail, and very personable as a group. Deeply knowledgable and happy to share that knowledge with you as a patient. I thought I would need a tooth removed as well as conventional braces to complete straightening, but with their plan they were able to keep the tooth in question (it was really quite inset and crowded) as well as being able to use the far more flexible Invisalign option for straightening. Very happy with the outcome and will remain a patient for the foreseeable.

The most thorough and honest dentist appointment I have ever had in my life.Dr Einfeldt explained everything about my dental health; this was supported by pictures and videos. His advice were given through the lens of a true risk/reward assessment. Everybody in the practice is welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

**UPDATE**Since my first review below, I have been back a few more times so I thought I would write a further update. I saw Victoria again for another hygienist appointment and as before she was calm, kind and explained everything so well. Victoria gave me the confidence not to fear going to the dentist anymore, which I am so grateful for.I have also been to see Dr Einfeldt for my initial appointment. From start to finish he was very thorough and informative, with a really calm nature. Dr Einfeldt made sure I completely understood everything I was told and I felt that the appointment was very thorough, more so than any other dentist I have been to before. The treatment plan moving forward was explained clearly and I have nothing negative to say, just a big thank you for helping me.----------------------------------------------------------------------I’ve been putting off going to the dentist for some time now as haven’t had the best of experiences. Where do I start?! ... I honestly can't rate my experience at Staplehurst dental practise highly enough. 5 stars doesn't cover it.I had Invisalign treatment and, though nervous initially, after the first appointment, I actually looked forward to my appointments.Everyone from Kelly (who I met first) who was so welcoming and friendly, to Rachel who kindly helped out with any query, to the best and most thorough hygiene appointment I have had with Victoria, to Dr Jan Einfeldt (who was superb, a leader in his field!), the service recieved from beginning to end was excellent.I had quite an unusual case and Dr Jan Enfeldt listened to all my concerns and took everything in to consideration, to allow me the best smile possible, even using additional elastics to get the best results with stubborn teeth. Plus, it was super easy submitting photos on a weekly basis.Now my Invisalign treatment has ended, I will definitely continue going to this dentist in future and highly recommend. Thank you to everyone!

Couldn’t recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice any more was torn between flying to Turkey or getting bonding but due to Dr Jan and Kellys recommendation and advice i opted with Invisalign, i now have perfectly straight teeth and they are mine! Whole process was easy and smooth cant thank the guys enough!

First time going to the dentist in way too long, all of the staff were great, it was nice and easy to get booked in with Kelly, made the whole process super easy.Dr Einfeldt had a really in depth first visit, explained everything making sure I understood and was comfortable asking questions, he provided multiple options with recommendations from himself.Honestly couldn’t have gone better and will be booking back in for some work very soon.

I had an hygienist appointment with Victoria and she was so lovely, calm and I learnt more in that 45 minutes with her than I have done anywhere else. Then after my appointment I met with Kelly who went through the treatment plan with me and she explained it clearly, and was really helpful and knowledgeable with questions. Everyone I met at that appointment were really kind and I won’t be nervous about going back next time. Highly recommend

Its been nearly 2 years since I first made contact with getting my Teeth and smile fixed...Had a course of Invisalign and then Composite bonding and could not be happier with the results..The team from the start including Kelly, Grace, Rachael and Victoria have been amazing ..and throughout the process have helped me along the way..Dr Jan was also class as explained the process and the after care has been such a help...I would highly recommend anybody looking to get there smile back to use Staplehurst Dental Practice ...Worth every penny .

I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously.Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome.Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment.That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment.I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge.Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants!My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW!The whole team are great at this practice...Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle.I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference.I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. Loved my experience with Staplehurst dental practice. Everyone in the clinic are brilliant and such lovely people who go above and beyond to help you (shout out to Rachael who is especially amazing!) Dr Jan supported me through my Invisalign journey and was always so thorough and explained things in such detail. I never had a question unanswered. My teeth have come such a long way. I ended my treatment with a session with Victoria for composite bonding on 2 teeth and wow. She is a genuine miracle worker. I now have my dream smile all thanks to everyone at SDP! Excellent experience of treatment by the team at Staplehurst Dental Practice. Professional friendly staff led by Dr Einfeldt who put me at ease, explained everything clearly to me and then quickly delivered the Invisalign system to sort out my misaligned teeth. The process involved making some space between my teeth, attachment of the brackets and then use of the programme of weekly changes of retainers. Occasionally these were a little uncomfortable to start with but mild painkillers sorted that out and then it was simple to keep them clean and wear them as directed by the team, taking photos weekly via the App. The final removal of the brackets was amazing, what an improvement! Not only were my teeth easier to keep clean but also for the first time I was able to bite an apple, something that I was unable to do before due to an overbite. I also experienced jaw pain in the past as I found it difficult to chew my food well and had worn some of my teeth badly due to them not being aligned. Although the intention was to prevent further wear to my teeth the unexpected benefits included no more jaw pain, making them easier to keep clean and of course a much improved smile!

I chose Staplehurst Dental Practice when I needed urgent treatment for severe tooth wear due to grinding and clenching my teeth. From the first appointment I was very impressed with the professionalism and warm welcome I received from Doctor Jan, Victoria and the team. Jan explained very clearly in ‘laymen’s terms’ what he recommended doing to protect my teeth and I felt very relaxed and confident that I was in the best place for my treatment. The work was carried out to the highest standard and I was in comfort at all times. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho)From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile.I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! This is the first visit to the dentist for over 25 years! Naughty I know, but after a trip to A and E with bad swelling and abcess I had no choice. I neednt have worried, from start to finish the team reassured me and looked after me so well - after 6 teeth removed and feeling sore but better I am on my way to recovery. Jan kept me informed throughout my treatment and looked after me throughout. The dental nurse team Grace, Rachel and co were wonderful too, with a sense of humour which is relaxing and made me feel I was in good hands. Not as good as other dentists I've had previously.The dental surgery in Cornhill London was superiorIntegrated dental care, Edinburgh also superior.Asked to fill out forms, which weren't passed on to dentist, albeit filled out just before. However same was true with my initial appointment I felt as if I was repeating myself.Upfront payment system concerns me, not intuitive to customer if appointments are cancelled and moved around, payments reallocate first to last. However can't get statement of account easily.No online booking.Again I've been to several private dentists, but I'm comparing relative to those. A benchmark if you will.This practice doesn't cater well for busy London investment house workers who have dozens of meetings a week.

Had the best experience here at staplehurst dental practice. The technology they use is incredible, it allows you to sit with the doctor after and go through a scan of your teeth. Visited Dr Einfeldt for his opinion on my teeth. I had a thorough examination and some brilliant 3D modelling of them.The technology at work in this practice is another level!He has spent a lot of time listening to my history and explaining the options.Having had teeth knocked out playing sports and other work being done, he wasn’t phased by any of this.I can’t wait to push on with the treatment and get the smile that I have always wanted.It’s a classy establishment with a genuine air of care, plenty of knowledge, and experience.My plan - 1st stop, Invisalign. 2nd stop, crowns. 3rd stop, some whitening, then it’s time to smile 😬Great team, great experience and great price.Was considering Turkey for some work but after popping in to see these lovely people, there is no doubt in my mind that this is the proper way of getting your teeth done ✅

I have just started my Invisalign journey today and the team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been amazing. After doing research on Invisalign I was concerned about a few factors such as the attachments being uncomfortable and sharp, I can confirm they are not. Secondly the polishing of the teeth to create room for movement I heard was uncomfortable and unpleasant, I can confirm that it was absolutely fine!As they are a training practice and Dr Einfeldt trains for Invisalign outside of the practice, the standards are extremely high as is their knowledge.I feel I am in very safe hands and would highly recommend going to this practice as it is rare to get such astounding service!

Having my teeth done has been money so well spent! Before I started my journey I didn’t really know what to expect. But every step of the way the whole team have been amazing! My teeth look incredible and I can’t stop smiling. The aligners are comfortable to wear and almost undetectable. So unlike metal braces I had as a teen. They were painful and unsightly! Now the process is over, the fixed wire is so comfortable and doesn’t cause me any issues. To anyone unsure I’d definitely recommend going for a consultation!!

Forget The HolidayThey say a picture speaks a thousand words, so how about two then.The first is me on week one of my Invisalign journey, the second on my last week.As you can see, teeth to be proud of (as opposed to something to scare the children with).I have to say that I am not a teenager wanting a Hollywood smile to woo the internet but someone who will be 72 years young next birthday. What I did want was 1. Not to be ashamed of smiling. 2. To be able to eat things by biting as opposed to tearing at food and 3. Not keep catching my tongue on the misaligned teeth. I now have all that.And for this I have to thank Jan and his team at Staplehurst dental practice. To say I was looked after, courteously, friendly and professionally would be true but an understatement. From my first visit where I met Kelly (an experience in itself {in a good way}) to my last I felt special, because Rachael, Grace, Kelly, Victoria and Jan made it so. The whole experience from start to finish couldn’t be faulted in anyway and considering this started just as the first lockdown period hit it was a testament to the team how well the treatment went with fast learning curves by all on how to work with remote patients and online apps. (and a special thank you goes to Grace who selflessly delivered chewies and cleaning tabs. to me because I’d run out and was isolating).Yes, you can spend your money on a two-week summer holiday if you want but you could also say, like me, it’s never too late to get rid of the old person look and treat yourself to a new smile instead, and the place to do that is under the auspices of Jan and his team at Staplehurst Dental.Thank youAllan Robinson

Dr Einfeldt is everything a dentist should be - calm, patient and very friendly. For someone such as myself who suffers from anxiety around anything to do with dentists/hospitals etc, I was put at complete and total ease from my very first appointment. I always used to be a bit nervous about going to the dentist. That was until I started visiting Staplehurst Dental Practice. Dr Einfeldt and his team are wonderful – extremely nice people that do a painless job. I recently had to have a broken tooth crowned. The result is excellent and even the temporary one they made to last for the 2 weeks for the final version to be made up seemed to me to be like a finished product – it looked and felt like a real tooth and gave me no trouble at all.

My whole experience with Staplehurst Dental Practice was one of confidence from start to finish of my Invisalign treatment. Dr Einfeldt and Grace were very professional and very friendly and I was put at ease the entire time. I am very pleased with my results and have lovely straight teeth. I first came to the practice a short while ago to start my invisalign journey and saw Grace who is not only warm and friendly but her customer service skills are fabulous. She talked me through everything and really put me at ease. In an unrelated issue I had an abcess occur from a heavily filled back tooth and whilst my own dentist wasn't able to remove it until the end of August Grace and Dr Jan managed to fit me in so it didn't slow my invisalign down too much. I had this done today and Violeta noticed I was nervous and comforted me even though I had thought I hid it well! The procedure was quicker and less stressful than I expected without that awful noise of the tooth cracking! I'm now back on track for my braces and changing my smile! I had a lot of dental work done in 2020 over a period of 6 months. I was very nervous as it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist. I had my front top 8 teeth fixed with removals, bridges and crowns. I really had no need to worry as it was a very nice, relaxing experience due to the team and my dentist Jan who made me feel very at ease and informed about my procedure at all times. With the use of high tech gadgets and a wonderful team, I was in an out of my first appointment with no pain and no mess. The experience was more like a spa retreat, rather than a horrifying trip to the dentist 🦷My sister had treatment at staplehurst dental practice and I followed suit after seeing how amazing her teeth turned out and how easy the process was. For me Dr Einfeldt had a chat with me and listened to my concerns. He explained what he thought was the right process for my composite veneers and damaged gums. I am due back in a few weeks time and looking forward to it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Would thoroughly recommend dental treatment at Staplehurst, I have had a range of treatment there from a very thorough hygienist visit (and some oral health education) with Victoria, a check up and fixed and removable retainers with Jan as well as endo work with their visiting endodontist. Jan is the ultimate gentleman and explains the treatment at every step of the way which is most reassuring for a slightly nervous patient such as myself. I travel about an hour and 15 minutes each way which I think speaks volumes!

I first found them online a few years ago, and they're so good I'm still going back for hygienist appointments and exploring more ways to make my teeth even more perfect! Having spent fifty plus years visiting numerous NHS dentists, the only thing I’ve ever had issue with is the anaesthetic injections, especially in the front of the gums. I have just had a front tooth filled and didn’t even feel the needle going in, unbelievable! The explanation of the method of administering makes perfect sense. These people know what they are doing and take care and pride in what they do. I would even go as far as saying I actually enjoyed my treatment.
